Online HR Executive – Remote Opportunity with Global Teams

Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy, a trusted global partner in talent solutions, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Online HR Executive to join our fully remote, international HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate HR professional to manage and support key HR operations while working with teams across multiple time zones. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, compliance, and virtual team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Manage and maintain employee records and digital HR files with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Coordinate and execute remote onboarding and offboarding procedures.

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with global standards.

  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and virtual wellness programs.

  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for internal reporting.

  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and remote work regulations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a productive virtual workplace culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proficiency in using HR software, ATS, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello, BambooHR).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a virtual environment.

  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative support role.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week).

  • Flexible schedule with availability required during core working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT+0), with some overlap with global teams.
