This full-time Motion Graphics Designer position is based onsite in our brand-new Ultralytics office in Madrid, Spain, with a hybrid model of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the EU, as Ultralytics does not provide visa sponsorship. Paid relocation incentives to Madrid are available. 🚀 Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Video Production: Own the entire creative pipeline, from storyboard and sound design to final delivery of high-impact content, including long-form YouTube sequences and platform-specific social-first assets.

Visual Translation & Education: Transform complex Vision AI concepts and YOLO's tasks and results into clear, engaging animations for product explainers and educational shorts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers to visualize model outputs, work with marketing to execute assets for social platforms and event production, and align story arcs with content leads for product launches and documentation.

Web & UI Animation: Design and optimize 2D animated sequences for hero web content, effectively demonstrating capabilities like object detection on solution pages.

Design System Ownership: Establish a scalable motion design system for platforms and events, creating reusable templates (e.g., in Figma) for consistent and repeatable content series.

Visual Synthesis: Utilize expert skills to simplify and clearly summarize technical documentation and new integrations through motion.

Motion & Static Workload: Manage a 70/30 workload split favoring motion graphics, while effectively supporting the team with high-quality static design assets as needed.

Required Skills & Traits A portfolio of works demonstrating your experiece as Motion Graphic Designer.

Exceptional Typographic Animation and design taste.

Proven ability to deliver high-quality motion assets for platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Bilibili, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

Proficiency in Figma and the full Adobe Creative Cloud Pro suite (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator). Nice-to-Have Skills

3D animation (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) experience.
