Buscamos vendedores/as con pasión por la atención personalizada para formar parte de nuestra tienda MINISO situada en el CC. X-MADRID (Alcorcon), para una vacante de 24 horas semanales en horarios rotativos. Si disfrutas del trato con el cliente, te motiva la venta y te encanta ayudar a cada persona a encontrar productos que encajen con su estilo y necesidades… ¡queremos conocerte!¿Qué funciones vas a desarrollar?

  • Ofrecer una atención al cliente cercana, personalizada y de calidad.
  • Impulsar la venta proactiva y alcanzar los objetivos marcados.
  • Gestionar cobros y realizar el manejo de caja.
  • Reponer producto y realizar control de stock.
  • Mantener el orden y la imagen de la tienda y del almacén.
  • Recepcionar mercancía y organizar el almacén (rotación y reposición).
  • Colaborar activamente con el equipo y los responsables de tienda para garantizar una excelente experiencia de compra. ¿Qué buscamos?- Personas dinámicas, resolutivas y orientadas al cliente.
  • Actitud positiva y motivación por el sector retail.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y adaptación a turnos rotativos.
  • Interés por las tendencias y el producto.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente y ventas
  • Orientación al cliente y habilidades comunicativas
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a turnos rotativos
  • Disponibilidad para jornada de fin de semana.
  • Interés por las tendencias
