About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated Individuals to work as Medical Transcribers must have a healthcare background to join our growing AI and data annotation team. In this role, you will support the development of AI-driven healthcare solutions by providing language expertise, domain-specific insights, and high-quality annotations of medical data. Your work will play a key role in training natural language processing (NLP) and speech recognition models to deliver accurate and clinically relevant outputs in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities
• Transcribe, annotate, and review medical text and audio data to support AI model development
• Ensure transcription accuracy and maintain medical terminology integrity across languages
• Provide linguistic and medical domain expertise for NLP and voice recognition projects
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and linguists to improve model performance
• Validate and refine AI-generated outputs for clinical use cases
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of multilingual medical terms and phrases
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of annotation guidelines and taxonomies
• Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations, including HIPAA

Qualifications
• Bachelors degree or higher in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Health Informatics, or a related field
• Working experience in healthcare or clinical settings is preferred but not required
• Hands-on experience with transcription, data annotation, or working on AI/NLP-related projects is a big plus
• Fluency in English and one or more of the following languages: French, Russian, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, Arabic, Portuguese, Vietnamese, German, or Italian—with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both
• Strong cultural understanding and language proficiency relevant to the target language(s)
• Solid knowledge of healthcare practices and systems in the respective language markets is required
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, clinical documentation workflows, and coding standards such as ICD/CPT is highly desirable
• Comfortable using data annotation tools, transcription platforms, and project management software
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills

Preferred Skills
• Experience with medical speech-to-text systems or virtual scribes
• Familiarity with SNOMED CT, HL7, LOINC, or other standardized clinical vocabularies
• Background in medical chatbots, automated transcription, or AI-driven diagnostic tools
• Ability to transcribe and interpret complex, nuanced medical conversations
