Role and Responsibilities of McDonald's Maintenance Crew Member:

  • Support management in their endeavors to achieve and uphold excellent cleanliness and maintenance standards for the restaurant and its equipment.
  • It is crucial to incorporate the practice of filtering oil fryers on a daily basis to maintain optimal performance.
  • Maintain outside grounds.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment, both interior and exterior window cleaning, manage stockroom supplies, and sanitize restrooms.
  • Complete unloading tasks from the delivery vehicle twice weekly.
  • Empty the waste bin by removing its contents and discarding them.
  • Change light bulbs.
  • Clear debris from HVAC/exhaust units and ensure the roof is free from clutter.

  • Eagerness to understand and carry out duties associated with the maintenance of physical facilities.
