Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Marketing Intern with a performance-based stipend, designed for currently enrolled college students.

The Marketing

Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities such as assisting in campaign execution, helping create basic marketing materials, and coordinating outreach initiatives to engage students and parents.

Responsibilities include conducting market research on target audiences and competitors, collecting and organizing data on marketing performance, and contributing ideas for new marketing strategies or campaigns. The intern will also interact with prospective learners and partners through digital channels, support basic customer service tasks, and maintain accurate records of leads and interactions. The role offers hands-on experience in education-sector marketing while working closely with the core team and receiving regular feedback and guidance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with students, parents, and partners in a clear, respectful, and professional manner.
  • Ability to perform Market Research, gather insights, and support the development of Marketing Strategy based on data and trends.
  • Interest or foundational skills in Sales and marketing outreach, including lead generation and follow-up through digital channels.
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Comfort with online tools, social media platforms, and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment.
  • Prior internship, campus ambassador, or student leadership experience is an advantage but not required.
