They are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team through proposals, content creation, and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities Support the marketing team across proposals, submissions, and pursuit efforts Create and maintain content for collateral, the website, and digital platforms Craft compelling narratives that convey the value of Holmes' projects and people Uphold brand guidelines through consistent, high-quality content creation Attend site visits, conduct marketing research, and assist with presentation preparation Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and other administrative functions that keep the team humming Maybe even pick up some Māori words from our Kiwi colleagues! Skills A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for design Solid skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel) Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat A collaborative spirit - you work well with people at all levels of an organization Some experience in an AEC firm is a big plus but not required Photography or videography skills and social media experience?
