As an Institutional Trust Officer II within PNC's Institutional Asset Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or other listed locations. This is a remote position that can sit in the locations listed in the job posting within the PNC footprint. It may not be available in all jurisdictions. Certain job responsibilities may require in-person, in office activities on a regular basis. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for all administrative needs of the client or trust.

  • Conduct administrative reviews and communicate administrative and fiduciary issues to clients, beneficiaries, and appropriate committees within PNC.
  • ,
  • Review and implement transaction processing and respond to client and beneficiary inquiries.
  • ,
  • Ensure that regulatory and fiduciary obligations are met, including tax and distribution requirements for charitable and other trusts.

  • Coordinate with various service partners to administer the trusts and ensure trust compliance with state and federal laws.

  • Administer more complex institutional accounts and ensure compliance with all legal and fiduciary regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Manage a diverse book of business with varying account types.

  • Deliver the full breadth of Institutional client services to grow the Institutional Asset Management business and assure the highest level of client experience.

Requirements

  • University/college degree with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
