About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced IB MYP Arts Design Teacher to join our dynamic team at Chiang Kai Shek College, Inc. in Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is a crucial part of our commitment to delivering high-quality international education to our students.

What you'll be doing

  1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons for MYP Arts Design, aligned with the IB curriculum

  2. Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment for students

  3. Assess and provide constructive feedback on student work, supporting their academic and creative growth

  4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine teaching strategies and resources

  5. Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the student experience

  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school's arts design program

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Architecture, or a related field

  2. Relevant teaching experience, preferably in an IB MYP or international school setting

  3. Strong knowledge of the IB MYP curriculum and assessment requirements

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

  5. Adaptability and a passion for continual learning and professional development

  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
