About the job:
Key Responsibilities:1. Drive end-to-end talent acquisition by building strong working relationships with candidates and hiring managers, coordinating interviews with precision, and crafting professional, well-considered offer letters.
2. Oversee the full candidate journey with consistency and care managing every stage of the interview process from initial screening through to final selection with structure and attention to detail.
3. Gather and synthesise interview panel feedback with efficiency and accuracy, turning collective insights into clear, actionable input that supports confident and timely hiring decisions.
4. Deliver a warm, well-organised onboarding experience for every new hire, coordinating closely with incoming talent and guiding them smoothly through each step of the joining process.
5. Manage exit formalities with professionalism, empathy, and discretion working collaboratively with departing employees to ensure a respectful, thorough, and well-structured offboarding process.
6. Play an active and impactful role in campus recruitment drives, bringing energy and organisation to every initiative while ensuring all campus hires receive a structured, positive, and memorable onboarding experience.
