As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department in various tasks essential for managing our workforce effectively. Your main responsibilities will include:- **Recruitment Support**: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to attract the best candidates.- **Employee Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to start their roles successfully.- **Employee Records Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.- **Performance Management**: Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, preparing documents, and assisting managers in evaluating employee performance.- **HR Policies Implementation**: Help in disseminating and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring all employees are aware and adhere to them.- **Employee Engagement Activities**: Contribute to initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, including organizing team-building events and employee feedback sessions.To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
