HR Performance & Talent Management Internship

Performance and Talent Management team is part of the HR People Development area. We strive for enhancing Prysmian employees growth and development, nurturing talents and cultivating leaders.

As a Performance and Talent Management Intern, you will support the design, implementation, and deployment of initiatives that foster talent development and employee growth. You will work with a team dedicated to enhancing professional growth through innovative tools and data analysis. You will report to the Performance and Talent Management Senior Specialist.

  • Performance and Talent Management: Support and enhance the efficiency of performance and talent management processes in daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Data Management: Perform data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting in collaboration with the digital HR team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate and support the deployment and effectiveness of performance and talent management initiatives across functions and regions.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan, organize, and support initiatives related to performance and talent management activities and meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Content Development: Create engaging materials such as presentations, toolkits, and handouts.
  • Communication: Support internal communication initiatives to promote the deployment of performance and talent management strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master degree in business administration/Management, Master in HR is a plus
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of Workday is a plus.
  • Previous HR experience is preferred.
