We are looking for someone who fits the startups culture - we are a young, happy, and motivated mastermind team working together remotely from all around the world. A HR Assistant with 5+ years of diversified experience in HR, recruitment and talent acquisition.


Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant Job Description to cover the recruiting process for AladdinB2b from A-Z including :


Primary Duties:
1. Calendar Management

  1. Scheduling and follow up
  2. Building Forms and assisting the CPO being fast and pro-active


Other Responsibilties:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (30%)
  • Write job descriptions, post jobs on various platforms, and actively search for qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Handle offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
  1. HR Documentation and Compliance (25%)
  • Maintain and update HR records, including employee files and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and offer letters.
  1. Employee Relations and Support (20%)
  • Assist in resolving employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate employee development and training programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in coordination with the HR Manager.
  1. HR Strategy and Planning (15%)
  • Assist in setting HR department goals and strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Participate in succession planning, talent management, and retention initiatives.
  1. Administrative Support (10%)
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments.
  • Maintain and organize HR files, documents, and reports.
