Graphic Designer with Email Admin Experience

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Graphics Designer/Email Admin.

Our client is in the eCommerce space and is opening up an entirely new brand, making this a pioneer account for us.

The job consists of the following:

  • Create/edit graphic content
  • Email Administration
  • Non-voice customer service
  • Social Media Management

This is a versatile role where you will be part of growing something from scratch. This client is not new to us as we´re already supporting them for another brand of theirs, and they´re someone we really like working with.

Daily, you will mainly help with creating/editing various graphics, and email admin, where you will create flows, newsletters etc. using a software called Klaviyo. This person will also help out with customer service and social media management.

We are looking for the following:

  • A talented graphics designer
  • Experience with Email Administration is preferred (especially Klaviyo)
  • Honest, can work without micro management and proactive mindset
  • Creative person with a good eye for details
  • Wants to be part of something new and for long term
