Front Desk Concierge - $22

Titan Security is hiring a Front Desk Concierge in the Fulton Market District with the opportunity to be the face of a prestigious building and contribute to a positive and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

    • Creates positive, memorable, and an efficient interaction at the exterior of the building, within the building lobby and front desk.
    • Proactively greets guests on exterior of the building and inside the lobby environment, identifying needs and fulfilling appropriately.
    • Monitors traffic flow and lines within the lobby and at the lobby desk; directing guests to appropriate areas to minimize wait times.
    • Actively identifies, acknowledges, diagnoses, and resolves guest concerns as they arrive outside and enter the property
    • Enthusiastically promotes amenities of the building.
    • Maintains accurate knowledge of groups and events that are onsite and happening within the building
    • Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.
    • Appropriately utilizes tablet devices to help facilitate the arrival of guests and tenants at the turnstiles
    • Exceeds standards for personal appearance and grooming at all times.
    • Facilitates lobby safety, cleanliness, and security.
    • Perform key front desk agent and administrative functions as directed.
    • Performs all other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:
Bi-lingual considered a plus.
Weekend availability required
