Freelance IT Support / Systems Administrator (Coimbatore)
We are looking for an experienced Freelance IT Support / Systems Administrator to support application, database, and infrastructure-related activities for a client project. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with TeamDynamix, Visual Studio, SQL Server, and Active Directory, along with strong troubleshooting and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities - Manage and support tickets, incidents, and service requests using TeamDynamix - Work with technical teams to troubleshoot application and system issues - Support development and configuration activities using Visual Studio - Write, validate, and troubleshoot SQL queries in Microsoft SQL Server - Assist with database checks, reporting, and issue resolution - Manage user accounts, access, groups, and permissions in Active Directory - Support application access, authentication, and user provisioning activities - Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for issue resolution - Maintain documentation for support processes, fixes, and configurations Required Skills - Hands-on experience with TeamDynamix - Working knowledge of Visual Studio - Strong understanding of SQL Server - Experience with Active Directory - Valuable troubleshooting and analytical skills - Understanding of IT support, ticketing, and incident management processes - Good communication and documentation skills Preferred Skills - Experience in application support or system administration - Knowledge of Windows Server environments - Basic scripting knowledge is an added advantage - Experience supporting enterprise IT environments We are looking for an experienced Freelance IT Support / Systems Administrator to support application, database, and infrastructure-related activities for a client project.
