Position Overview My Valuable Business (MVB) is seeking a Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support multiple client organizations. This role is responsible for providing both financial oversight and forward-looking strategic guidance—helping clients understand their numbers, make informed decisions, and stay aligned with their goals. This is not a back-office accounting role. You will act as the CFO for multiple clients, working directly with CEOs and leadership teams. The right candidate is comfortable communicating clearly and directly, including pushing back when needed and guiding clients away from poor financial decisions. The ideal candidate has owned a P&L and understands what it means to be accountable for business performance. You are comfortable managing multiple relationships, balancing priorities, and translating financial data into meaningful insights. This role is open to part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position, or full-time for the right fit!
