Founders Office – HR & Chief Of Staff (Founders Right Hand) (WFH)


About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the founder's right hand by managing daily priorities, follow-ups, and scheduling
2. Ensure seamless execution of tasks across multiple ventures and keep all workstreams on track
3. Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and deliver outcomes independently using sound judgment
4. Build and manage hiring pipelines including job postings, candidate screening, assignments, and tracking
5. Maintain a centralized system (single source of truth) for tracking progress across projects and teams
6. Identify gaps, chase pending tasks, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables
7. Prepare and share concise daily updates highlighting progress, blockers, and priorities
8. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
9. Support operational decision-making by organizing information and surfacing key insights
10. Assist in scaling processes and improving operational efficiency across the founder's office


Note:

1. Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Gulf Standard Time - UAE Hours)
2. Work Mode: Fully Remote (must have stable internet and work setup)
3. Weekly Off: 1-2 days (as per company policy)
4. Compensation: Starting 30,000/month with fast growth based on performance
5. Growth Path: Direct progression to Chief of Staff role for high performers

8. Reporting To: Founder (direct reporting, no hierarchy layers)
