Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join their finance leadership team in Senai, Johor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrap Monitoring & Strategy:

    Track and analyze scrap levels across product lines; identify root causes and collaborate with production to implement corrective actions.

  • Year-End Audit Leadership:

    Coordinate and lead year-end inventory audits, ensuring seamless compliance with standards and addressing audit findings.

  • Inventory Data Stewardship:

    Maintain high-integrity inventory records and perform regular data validation to rectify discrepancies.

  • Advanced Reporting:

    Develop valuation models, demand forecasts, and stock status reports to provide actionable insights for cost reduction.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy:

    Partner with Planning, Production, TCS, and Finance teams to align inventory management with overarching business goals.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

  • Technical Skills:

    Strong proficiency in financial analysis, inventory management systems, and data reconciliation.

  • Competencies:

    Excellent analytical thinking, leadership presence, and the ability to drive process improvements.
