Job description

  • This is a remote role based in the North American Eastern Time Zone and will lead the ERP and Reporting Analytics portfolio, collaborating closely with existing PMs in this area
  • This individual will also be responsible for driving program data health project plan data quality by working with all PMs to ensure that Project WBS, RAID, Change Requests and interdependencies are accurate and up to date
  • A proactive, detail-oriented project manager with FPA Finance experience is preferred, and SAP experience is desired
  • Project management experience, PMP, PMI certification or equivalent and a finance degree or project experience in the finance domain would be a plus

Position Summary

This role will be based in North America, Eastern Time Zone, supporting project activities for the ERP and Reporting work streams, along with overseeing program data quality, project plan health and leading the dependency management discussion and review with the project team.

This individual is responsible for the end-to-end project management for FST strategy deliverables, working across FST teams as well as with other Finance initiatives organizations ex Transcend Global Services and the Finance Acquisitions Divestitures area.

This role will work with program stakeholders and FST teams with the primary accountability to develop, manage and drive the execution of project work plans throughout the project lifecycle, manage project scope, manage and drive risk actions, issues, decisions, RAID weekly status reporting, and manage dependencies across projects, programs and integrated work plan milestones.

This role will partner with stakeholders within the FST organization as well as across the broader Finance and JJT organizations to drive the execution success of the Osprey projects supporting the program outcomes. A proactive, detail-oriented project manager with FPA experience is preferred, and SAP experience is desired.

Major Duties Responsibilities

  • Program Project Management
  • Responsible for detailed project management and collaboration with project teams driving large complex programs projects throughout the full project life cycle from ideation, planning, resourcing, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure using both waterfall and agile methodologies. Manage PMO activities in support of the overall program, which primarily include
  • Provide project management execution of FST-led programs about Project Osprey across ERP and RA
  • Project schedules key milestones and dependencies utilizing the Integrated Reporting Framework IRF
  • Project status and RAID items with a focus on those with interdependencies and high impacts
  • Participate in key awareness alignment forums, i.e., PMO integration, lite CCB, etc aimed at exception management, risk awareness, mitigation, assumption changes, and associated impact analytics
  • Uphold Osprey transition principles, i.e., new with new, old with old, while governing and documenting exceptions

Qualifications

Education

  • A minimum of a bachelor''s degree or equivalent is required
  • Postgraduate degree preferred
  • Professional project management certification, PMP, and/or a diploma is preferred
  • Project management experience, PMP PMI certification or equivalent and a finance degree or project experience in the finance domain would be a plus

Experience

  • Detailed knowledge of project planning, tracking, resource management, scheduling tools and cross-project analyses is required
  • Demonstrated experience delivering on projects of various sizes and durations. Highly adaptable to changing needs within the organisation, able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Strong technical aptitude, experience with Finance or SAP implementations
  • Industry experience is required
  • 8 to 10 years of Project Management of enterprise-wide implementations
  • Finance experience is required
