Loan Partner Opportunity A top-producing Loan Officer is looking for a Loan Partner to work in our highly successful mortgage office. If you are a self-starter, an efficient multi-tasker, great with people, have a positive attitude, and love working, you might be the perfect fit. Qualifications The ideal experienced Mortgage Loan Partner will have • At least three (3) years of current mortgage loan processing experience, including expertise in Conventional, FHA, VA, and automated underwriting (DU/DO). • Experience in • Brokering loans to various lenders. • Calculating income and understanding tax returns. • Submitting loans to underwriting (investors), clearing conditions, and getting loans to closing. • Knowledge of • GFE, HUD-1 Settlement Statements, required disclosures, and timeframes. • Calyx software and strong computer skills (preferred).
