🧭 The Mission

As an ERJ First Officer, you’ll execute safe, efficient, and customer-centric operations across a dynamic network. You’ll collaborate closely with your Captain, Flight Attendants, Ground Operations, Maintenance, and Dispatch/Mission Control to deliver an on-time, high-quality experience—every leg, every day.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Perform precise preflight planning, inspections, and performance calculations.
  • Operate the ERJ-135/145 safely and smoothly in all phases of flight, adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply sound judgment and CRM to manage changing weather, ATC constraints, and operational priorities.
  • Deliver warm, professional service—greeting customers, communicating clearly, and resolving issues proactively.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with Captain, Cabin Crew, Ground Crew, Maintenance, and Mission Control.
  • Complete accurate postflight duties, logs, and safety reports; uphold a just culture and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Prepare for command through targeted training, mentorship, and demonstrated leadership in daily operations.

🧾 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 2,500 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 500 hours
  • Turbine: 500 hours
  • Currency: Minimum 100 hours in the last 12 months
  • Licenses: FAA CPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type Rating: Not required (NTR) — Training Provided
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Documents: Current and valid Driver’s License and Passport
  • Permit: Current and valid FCC Radio Operator’s Permit
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

  • 3,000+ hours total time

  • Embraer 135/145 time or training
