About the Role

      Product Guidance:

      Leverage your growing product knowledge to help customers find exactly what they're looking for, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs, preferences, and shopping history.

        Order Assistance:

        Guide customers through the entire order process, from browsing and selection to checkout, ensuring a smooth and frustration-free purchasing experience.

          Problem Resolution:

          Address customer concerns with patience and empathy, troubleshooting issues related to orders, shipping, returns, and account management while maintaining a positive attitude.

            Information Accuracy:

            Provide customers with up-to-date information regarding product availability, pricing, promotional offers, shipping times, and company policies.

              Platform Navigation:

                Feedback Collection:
