Early Childhood Educator
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will provide educational support and guidance to children with special needs in a structured and supportive learning environment. You will be responsible for planning and conducting lessons tailored to each child’s learning needs, abilities, and developmental goals. Your role includes preparing and delivering engaging learning activities and supporting children’s academic progress through individualized and small group teaching approaches.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with young children, preferably children with special needs or in an early childhood education, learning support, or educational setting.
- Ability to prepare and conduct engaging lessons based on the child’s learning level and needs.
- Basic understanding of child development, behaviour management, and learning support strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Patience, empathy, and passion in working with children with diverse learning needs.
- Ability to create a nurturing, structured, and positive learning environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
