About Us

ZOCCAM Technologies is a fintech company providing payment infrastructure, identity verification, and home warranty ordering for the real estate industry. Our platform simplifies real estate transactions for title companies and realtors nationwide, with some of the largest companies in the industry as customers.

We are a growing business seeking a Customer Support & Administrative Specialist based in Puerto Rico to join our team. This individual will be team-oriented and involved in many aspects of the business, shaping the way we care for our customers while providing administrative support to company operations.

The Role

This is a fully remote position based in Puerto Rico. You will split your time between customer-facing work and internal administrative duties. On the customer side, you'll help our customers and mobile application users resolve issues, coordinate onboarding, and proactively reach out to customers to check on their satisfaction and make their ZOCCAM experience better. On the admin side, you'll support day-to-day operations of the company. This is a phone-heavy role — you should be comfortable and confident spending a significant portion of your day on calls with customers, banks, and partners.

Customer Support Responsibilities

  • Engage with our clients and their banks to solve customer problems and find the best possible solutions
  • Help mobile application users navigate the ZOCCAM apps
  • Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Support implementation of new customers and updates to existing customer information in production systems
  • Review new customer setup against the quality-control go-live checklist
  • Coordinate and assist new customers with their first go-live transactions
  • Support other team members to facilitate operational excellence

Customer Relationship Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach calls to customers to check on their satisfaction with ZOCCAM
  • Listen for pain points, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve each customer's experience
  • Provide hands-on assistance, training, or guidance to help customers get more value from the platform
  • Relay customer feedback and feature requests to internal teams
  • Follow up with customers after issue resolution to confirm their needs were fully met
  • Help identify at-risk or low-usage accounts and assist in re-engaging them

Administrative Responsibilities

  • General administrative support for company operations
  • Light bookkeeping and operational analytics
  • Data entry and maintenance of accurate customer records
  • Document preparation, filing, and recordkeeping
  • Scheduling and coordination support as needed
  • Any additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

  • Must be located in Puerto Rico
  • Dedicated workspace suitable for business phone calls — a quiet, professional home office environment with reliable high-speed internet
  • Full professional fluency in English (C1) — express themselves fluently and spontaneously without obviously searching for words, and use the language effectively in professional settings.
  • Comfortable being on the phone — much of this role involves live calls with customers, banks, and stakeholders
  • Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers
  • Aptitude for technology, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, calculations, pivot tables, and lookups)
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously and handle changing priorities
  • High attention to detail regarding documentation and processes
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in all communications with customers, banks, and stakeholders
  • Eagerness and enthusiasm to learn

Helpful for Success

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Operational knowledge of the real estate or title industry a plus
  • Prior customer support or administrative experience a plus

What We Offer

  • 100% remote work environment
  • Casual dress
  • Opportunities for growth and development
  • $12-15/hr

While experience in the above areas will be highly considered, it is secondary to the right determination, attitude, communication skills, and overall suitability. ZOCCAM is an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
