Role Overview – Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative on the Policy Services team, you will deliver high‑quality support to policyholders and producers. You will answer policy questions, process changes, and resolve inquiries related to billing, underwriting, and general policy information. Your ability to communicate with empathy, professionalism, and precision will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of careerzynith. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound communications Respond to calls, chats, and emails from policyholders, agents, and producers with courtesy and efficiency.
