Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls (Voice process).

  • Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or ticketing systems (Non-Voice process).

  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team or department.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate in any discipline.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

  • Proficiency in using computers, typing, and handling basic software tools.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.

  • Ability to stay calm and patient in high-pressure scenarios.

Experience:

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in a BPO/Customer Support role.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in voice or non-voice customer support will be an added advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible working hours available:
    Day Shift / Night Shift / Rotational Shifts depending on the process.

  • Weekly offs provided as per process requirement.
