As a CSO, you will be responsible for customer engagement, loan processing, and field-level collection activities to support smooth branch operations and portfolio quality. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate loan file login and complete customer documentation as per company guidelines. - Ensure a minimum of 50 loan disbursements per month. - Conduct and maintain discipline in Group Meetings, strictly following the field operating process. - Support the branch in achieving high Collection Efficiency (CE). - Coordinate with Branch Operations Executive (BOE) and Branch Manager (BM)/Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) for timely updates in the Loan Origination System (LOS). Qualification Required: - Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary).
