Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a talented and imaginative Creative Content Copywriter to join our dynamic advertising team based in São Paulo. As part of one of the most innovative and fast-paced creative agencies in Brazil, you will be responsible for crafting compelling copy that brings brand stories to life. This role is ideal for a wordsmith who thrives in creative environments and has a keen understanding of modern marketing and consumer engagement. You will collaborate with strategists, designers, and digital marketers to deliver powerful content across a range of platforms, including digital campaigns, brand activations, social media, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write high-impact, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for advertising campaigns, digital media, websites, social media, and email marketing.

  • Develop original content concepts that meet strategic marketing goals and resonate with target audiences.

  • Work closely with art directors and graphic designers to create cohesive campaigns.

  • Translate complex client briefs into compelling messaging strategies.

  • Conduct in-depth research to understand client brands, industries, and competitors.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to present, revise, and finalize copy.

  • Ensure all copy is consistent in voice, tone, and style, aligned with each brands identity.

  • Stay updated on trends in advertising, content marketing, and consumer behavior.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.

  • A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.

  • Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual and copywriting skills across various media.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within a creative agency or advertising environment.

  • Proven experience developing multi-channel campaigns and brand messaging.

  • Experience working with international brands or bilingual campaigns is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible hours and remote work options available).

  • Occasional deadlines may require extended hours, depending on project demands.
