They are seeking a highly organized Product Development Coordinator to support the Product Development team in managing documentation, samples, and tracking systems while assisting with new product launches and ongoing projects. Responsibilities Track, organize, and manage all development-related samples, including submissions, benchmarks, standards, competitive samples, and retains Route product submissions for internal evaluation, gather feedback from stakeholders, and communicate actionable insights to the team Support ingredient and market research, competitor product analysis, and trends to inform product strategy Document and track action items during internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams Attend weekly CM calls and product development meetings, as needed Maintain organized storage of all product submissions, samples, and CM capabilities, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility Manage and oversee all sample requests for the marketing team and other team members, ensuring efficient tracking, organization, and timely distribution of samples Work closely with contract manufacturers and testing facilities to ensure completion of testing, submission samples, test bulk requests and other product-related requirements Support internal and offsite panel product testing by collecting samples, capturing photos, organizing images, and creating presentation decks Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned to meet evolving team needs Skills Bachelor's degree in science, Business, or a related field 1 year of experience in product development within the beauty industry.
