Responsibilities • Manage the iconectiv accounting functions including financial reporting, establishing and maintaining internal controls. • Oversee and direct the monthly close process, including journal entry approval, cross-functional team coordination, report production, and reconciliation of the Onstream reporting tool. • Manage the NetSuite ERP system, including adding new accounts, opening/closing periods, setting calendars, and labor processing weeks. Serve as backup NetSuite administrator and resolve NetSuite processing questions. • Approve and release Purchase Orders (POs) within the NetSuite ERP system. • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) function, to which the Accounts Payable Manager will report. • Oversee and direct the account analysis process to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of subledgers to G/L balances. • Oversee and direct financial and tax audits. • Oversee and direct income and sales tax activities with third-party consultants. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting. • 15 plus years’ experience in an accounting operational environment. • Experience working with cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of Software accounting, ASC 606 revenue accounting and ASC 842 Lease accounting. • Ability to work independently, manage own time and priorities, and strong organizational skills. • Knowledge of NetSuite ERP system. • US Citizenship required.
