The Consumer Engagement Ambassador will engage in guerrilla sampling, assist in marketing event planning, and maintain brand presence through proactive interactions with consumers. Responsibilities Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling Distribute POS as required to consumers to reinforce brand loyalty Responsibly care for program materials and assets of Monster Energy Company Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper uniform Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with consumers Respond in a timely manner to CEM Team Leader Inventory, cleaning and organization of warehouses/storage areas Assist with Marketing event planning, set up, activation and tear down Assist with Sales in trade merchandising at retail accounts Skills Must be able to stand for long periods of time May be required to travel when necessary Must be available to work at least one shift per week (no exceptions) Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs when required Must have a clean driving record (drivers abstract required) Must hold valid driver's license of the Province you are employed Must Pass Criminal Background Check Must be comfortable driving a lifted pickup truck in urban/downtown, suburban and highway settings Must be 21 years of age or older This position is Part Time up to 30 hours a week Company Overview Monster Energy is a beverage company.
