En estos momentos, buscamos un/una Consultor/Consultora Data- Gestión de Clientes Diligencia Debida Continuada , con fuerte capacidad analítica, pensamiento estructurado, foco en la ejecución y actitud positiva, para llevar nuestro negocio al siguiente nivel. Buscamos a una persona proactiva y orientada a resultados, que aporte rigor, compromiso y mejora continua en la gestión de clientes.

Garantizar la correcta ejecución y seguimiento de los componentes clave del modelo de gestión de la DDC (Diligencia Debida Continuada), colaborando en la definición y ejecución de los planes, planificación de acciones comerciales, coordinación entre áreas y reporting a Dirección.

El rol contribuirá activamente a impulsar la mejora continua del modelo, la calidad de los datos de cliente, la estructura de governance y el alineamiento con los objetivos del negocio. Dar soporte al análisis de volumetrías y elaboración del cuadro de mando de negocio, asegurando la calidad, consistencia y disponibilidad de la información relevante para la toma de decisiones. Gestionar peticiones y demandas de datos del negocio, coordinando la recopilación, validación y entrega de la información solicitada por diferentes áreas internas.

Participar en la definición y seguimiento de los planes del modelo de la DDC, asegurando que los planes integran las prioridades comerciales con las exigencias regulatorias de la Ley de Prevención y Blanqueo de Capitales. Colaborar en la coordinación con otras áreas del banco, interactuando con los stakeholders del modelo: Red Comercial, Cumplimiento normativo, Operaciones Centralizadas, Asesoría Jurídica, Experiencia Cliente, Marketing,… Participar en actividades de governance, preparando documentación para reuniones de seguimiento, foros de trabajo y presentaciones a Dirección (SteerCos), y asegurando la coordinación de los distintos equipos implicados. ¿Formación ~ Licenciatura, Diplomatura o Grado Superior.

Experiencia ~+Conocimientos financieros básicos. Análisis de procesos y mejora continua. Estrategia y modelos de negocio. Análisis de datos (SAS, SQL, PowerBI..) Conocimientos en transformación digital.
