Desde HAYS estamos colaborando con una empresa industrial especializada en neumática y soluciones de aire comprimido, distribuidora de marcas de primer nivel a nivel internacional, en la búsqueda de un/a Técnico/a Comercial para desarrollar su negocio en la Zona Norte.

Se trata de una posición estable, de nueva creación, con alta autonomía, formación técnica continua y un atractivo paquete retributivo.

Te incorporarás a una compañía técnica y especializada, con presencia en sectores industriales exigentes como alimentación, bebidas e industria manufacturera, donde la venta es consultiva y de alto valor añadido (no venta a puerta fría).

Gestionarás tu propia zona con el apoyo del equipo técnico y dirección comercial desde central.

Responsabilidades principales.

  • Desarrollo y fidelización de cartera de clientes industriales.
  • Prospección activa de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Visitas técnico-comerciales a clientes (venta consultiva).
  • Desarrollo y seguimiento de proyectos.
  • Coordinación puntual con proveedores internacionales.
  • Gestión de oportunidades comerciales a través de CRM.
  • Cumplimiento de objetivos de actividad y facturación.
Requisitos.

Experiencia y formación.

  • Experiencia mínima de 8–10 años en entorno industrial.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en neumática (imprescindible).
  • Formación técnica: FP Industrial / Electromecánica o similar.
  • Inglés a nivel profesional (reuniones técnicas / proveedores).
  • Experiencia con CRM y herramientas ofimáticas.
  • Carnet de conducir.

  • Alta autonomía y capacidad de organización.
  • Orientación a resultados.
  • Capacidad para generar relaciones de confianza con clientes industriales.

  • Salario fijo entre 35.000 € y 40.000 € brutos/año.
