Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
2. Communicate service offerings effectively and handle objections professionally.
3. Record call activities, outcomes, and follow-up actions in CRM or lead management systems.
4. Maintain and update prospect databases to ensure accurate lead information.
5. Identify and flag disqualified leads while escalating qualified prospects to the appropriate team.
