Hari bekerja: Isnin-Jumaat (OT jika diperlukan)

Waktu bekerja: 8:30am–5:30pm / 9:00am-6:00pm

Deskripsi Kerja

  • Mengetuai dan melaksanakan kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan sivil harian termasuk pembaikan bangunan, pemeriksaan struktur dan pemeriksaan tapak di dalam kawasan hospital.
  • Melaksanakan serta menyelia kerja pembinaan, pengubahsuaian dan pembaikan seperti kerja plaster, pemasangan jubin, mengecat, kerja konkrit, bumbung, kalis air (waterproofing), sistem perparitan serta pembaikan jalan/turapan.
  • Memantau dan melaporkan sebarang kerosakan pada struktur bangunan, sistem saliran, lantai dan komponen sivil lain.
  • Mengendalikan kerja pembaikan kecemasan (breakdown) dalam persekitaran hospital yang beroperasi tanpa menjejaskan perkhidmatan.
  • Menyelia kontraktor dan memantau kemajuan kerja bagi memastikan pematuhan kepada piawaian keselamatan hospital, spesifikasi projek serta keperluan peraturan.
  • Merancang dan melaksanakan penyelenggaraan pencegahan (preventive maintenance) bagi sistem berkaitan sivil.
  • Menyediakan dokumentasi, laporan kerja dan rekod pematuhan dengan lengkap dan teratur.
  • Memastikan semua kerja dijalankan mengikut garis panduan keselamatan dan standard fasiliti kesihatan.
  • Bersedia untuk bertugas secara on-call sekiranya diperlukan.
Kelayakan & Keperluan
  • Minimum Diploma dalam Kejuruteraan Awam atau kelayakan setaraf.
  • Sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun pengalaman berkaitan dalam kerja-kerja sivil, sebaiknya dalam penyelenggaraan bangunan atau fasiliti kesihatan.
  • Sijil Orang Kompeten (jika berkaitan) adalah satu kelebihan.
  • Pengalaman hands-on yang kukuh dalam kerja penyelenggaraan dan pembaikan bangunan.
  • Pengetahuan mengenai bahan binaan, kaedah pengukuran dan prosedur ujian.
  • Mampu menjalankan pemeriksaan tapak, menyelia kontraktor dan memantau kemajuan kerja.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran penyelesaian masalah yang baik serta mampu bekerja secara berdikari.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi, koordinasi dan pelaporan yang baik.
Pay: Up to RM2,600.00 per month
