Business Technology Solutions Associate Consultant

Digital Products & Solutions team helps organizations in their digital transformation journey by transforming last mile experiences. We are uniquely positioned to bring together deep domain, analytics, technology / platform and consulting expertise with a strong focus on innovation and design to transform last mile experiences.

The Veeva service line focuses on driving transformation across the Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences industries by enhancing customer and stakeholder engagement. Leveraging the Veeva ecosystem, we redefine business processes to deliver innovative, compliant, and scalable CRM solutions. Our collaboration with CSTs and practice areas enables the integration of analytics and AI, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

We specialize in implementing and optimizing Veeva solutions, including Veeva CRM, Vault, MyInsights, and Network, to address the unique needs of our clients, from commercial field operations to regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver Veeva CRM and Vault implementation projects for Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences clients.
  • Provide techno-functional expertise to support CRM and Vault transformations, including architecture discussions, solution design, and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects and developers in India) to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Guide clients in decision-making between platforms such as Veeva and Salesforce, offering strategic insights on innovative CRM solutions.
  • Drive projects involving content approval workflows, commercial field sales, regulatory processes, and CRM/Vault integration use cases.
  • Communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders confidently and effectively.
  • Work closely with the onshore and offshore team on day-to-day basis
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM transformation projects, with at least 2+ years focused on Veeva CRM and Vault implementations in the Pharma and Life Sciences domains.
  • Hands-on expertise in Veeva CRM, Vault, and related capabilities like MyInsights, Content Approvals, and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific workflows, including HCP engagement, sales automation, and regulatory processes.
  • Certifications in Veeva CRM or Vault
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and influence architectural decisions without direct hands-on implementation responsibility.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus, especially in transitioning or comparing capabilities between platforms.
  • Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
