Role Description :- The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing lead generation strategies within key sectors such as EVs, aerospace, and energy storage. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, preparing presentations and proposals, and supporting negotiations to close deals. The specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align business development activities with company objectives. Regular responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, contributing to go-to-market plans, and representing Trydan Tech at industry events and customer meetings. Qualifications:- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, assess opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. Effective communication skills for presenting solutions, engaging with stakeholders, and preparing clear proposals and reports. Lead generation and customer service skills to build pipelines, nurture relationships, and provide a high-quality client experience. Market research capabilities to evaluate competitive landscapes, identify target segments, and support strategic planning. Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in technology, energy, or related industries. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Trivandrum and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office productivity software. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
