Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the boarding process at designated gates, ensuring compliance with airline procedures and schedules.

  • Check boarding passes, verify travel documents, and provide accurate gate information to passengers.

  • Make boarding announcements using public address systems with clarity and professionalism.

  • Coordinate closely with flight crews and ground handling staff to ensure efficient flight dispatch.

  • Handle passenger queries, concerns, and last-minute changes in a calm and efficient manner.

  • Provide support for passengers with special needs, including those requiring wheelchairs or translation assistance.

  • Monitor gate area to maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards.

  • Respond quickly to irregular operations, delays, or emergencies according to protocol.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
