Remote Position with preference to Eastern or Atlantic Time Zones.</strong><br><br><strong>JOB SUMMARY:  </strong>The Recruitment Specialist Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving recruitment strategy and execution across multiple areas within a Region, managing both recruitment operations and a team of recruiters while ensuring alignment with business objectives and talent acquisition goals.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">•<span> </span>The functions listed describe the business purpose of this job or position.  Specific duties or tasks may vary and be documented separately.  An associate might or might not be required to perform all functions listed.
