As an Amazon Warehouse Lead in Dallas, TX, you will guide a small team of associates through their daily tasks. Your job is to make sure your group is hitting targets, following procedures, and working safely. You are the first point of contact when a team member has a question or runs into a problem, and you act as a bridge between associates and the shift supervisor.

This is an active, floor-based leadership role — you will be alongside your team, not sitting in an office. You will monitor output rates, redistribute workloads when needed, and communicate clearly with management about progress and blockers.

Responsibilities as a Warehouse Lead include:

  • Guiding and supporting a team of warehouse associates during each shift
  • Monitoring productivity metrics and adjusting task assignments as needed
