Amazon Seller Central Support Agent - Work from Home (Brazil)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and customer-oriented Amazon Seller Central Support Agent to join our dynamic team in Brazil. As a Seller Central Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon sellers, assisting with a variety of inquiries, providing exceptional support, and helping to ensure the success of our sellers on the platform. This is a fully remote position, providing flexibility for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert assistance and guidance to Amazon sellers regarding their Seller Central accounts, including account health, performance metrics, and listing management.

  • Resolve complex inquiries related to orders, payments, inventory, shipping, and returns while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze data from Seller Central to diagnose issues and provide solutions, working closely with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.

  • Offer proactive solutions and recommendations to improve the overall seller experience.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously, adhering to service level agreements and quality standards.

  • Communicate effectively in both English and Portuguese (oral and written) to assist sellers based in Brazil.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon policies, best practices, and changes in platform features.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams while ensuring clear and timely communication with the sellers.
