Amazon PPC Specialist -- Remote W-2

About the Position

Seller Drive Global LLC is seeking a part-time Amazon PPC Specialist to manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns for assigned brands. This is a remote W-2 position available only to candidates residing and working in North Carolina or Florida.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Compensation: $2,000–$2,100 gross monthly, based on experience
Employment: Part-time, salaried nonexempt W-2

Responsibilities

  • Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Build and optimize automatic, manual, keyword, product-targeting, competitor defense, discovery, launch, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Analyze search terms, bids, placements, CPC, CTR, CVR, sales, ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS.
  • Scale profitable campaigns and reduce inefficient advertising spend.
  • Monitor and pace approved advertising budgets.
  • Perform keyword harvesting, negative targeting, bid adjustments, placement optimization, dayparting, and controlled testing.
  • Create and monitor campaign automation and alert rules.
  • Review automated recommendations for incorrect, overlapping, or conflicting changes.
  • Identify PPC, inventory, pricing, retail-readiness, and competitive issues affecting account performance.
  • Document campaign changes, results, risks, and recommended next actions.
  • Maintain accurate updates in Pacvue, Amazon Advertising Console, project-management, reporting, communication, and other Company-approved systems.
  • Provide proactive updates without repeated follow-up.
  • Promptly escalate material performance, budget, inventory, deadline, security, or compliance concerns.
  • Protect Company and client information, account credentials, advertising data, and campaign strategies.

Qualifications

  • One to two years of hands-on Amazon PPC or Amazon advertising experience.
  • Working knowledge of ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, budget pacing, and search-term analysis.
  • Experience creating and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns.
  • Pacvue experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and complete recurring responsibilities without repeated reminders.
  • Reliable internet and a secure work-from-home environment.
  • Must currently reside in North Carolina or Florida.
  • Must be available Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. ET.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

A college degree is not required. Relevant Amazon PPC experience and measurable performance results are more important.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $2,300 gross monthly through regular ADP payroll.
  • Eleven paid Company-observed federal holidays when falling on a scheduled workday.
  • Five paid personal or sick days per full calendar year, subject to initial-year eligibility and Company policy.
  • Direct training and exposure to experienced e-commerce leadership.
  • The Company does not currently offer health, dental, vision, retirement, life, or disability benefits.

This is a salaried nonexempt position. All time worked must be accurately recorded. Work outside the approved schedule requires advance authorization, but all time actually worked must be reported.
