Amazon CDL-A Driver | Local Home Daily | 3 Days/Week = 40 HR Check | No Touch Freight!

Amazon LOCAL Home Daily | CDL-A Third Shift | 3 Days/Week | Full Benefits No Touch · Drop & Hook · Home Every Day

Ever wish your workday was over before most people take their lunch break?

That's life on our third shift.

We're a local Amazon Freight Partner based in Chattanooga, TN hiring full-time CDL-A drivers for evening and overnight routes. You'll run clean drop-and-hook freight and be home by lunch — just 3 days a week. That's a full-time paycheck, full benefits, and the majority of your week completely free.

No long-haul. No weeks away. No sleeping in a truck.

Why Third Shift Is Actually the Better Shift

Many drivers don't realize it until they try it — nights are simply smoother:

  • Less traffic. The erratic drivers, the four-wheelers cutting you off, the rush hour gridlock — mostly gone. You move freight instead of sitting in it.
  • Calmer operations. Fewer people on the dock, fewer interruptions, less noise. You do your job and get out.
  • You're left alone to drive. Less micromanagement, fewer check-ins. Professional drivers who just want to work love this.
  • Your days are completely yours. Sleep, appointments, kids' school pickups, gym, errands — all of it happens while everyone else is stuck at work. You're already home.

The Schedule That Actually Makes Sense

  • Work 3 days per week as a full-time employee
  • Afternoon and evening start times available
  • Average shift: ~12 hours (plan for up to 14)
  • Home by mid-morning most days
  • Want more? Flexible OT shifts at your convenience

Three days a week is full-time here. That's not a typo.

What We Pay & Provide

  • $22+/hr + OT for those that want it
  • Gifted 40-hour paycheck every week, even if you work fewer hours
  • $100/month performance bonus
  • PTO at 4% per hour worked — use it for time off or sell it back for an immediate $0.98/hr boost
  • Medical, Dental & Vision + most qualify for free 24/7 telehealth and free urgent care
  • 401(k) with 4% company match
  • Stable, year-round work — Amazon Partner volume, not spot/seasonal freight

Earning potential: $45,000–$70,000+ annually

What We Need From You

  • Valid Class A CDL, age 21+
  • Solid MVR, valid DOT Medical Card
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Comfortable with smartphone apps, change, and effective communication
