Job Summary

The Elite Job is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airport Admin Assistant – Ticketing & Reservations to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless airport operations by managing ticket bookings, coordinating reservations, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with airline ticketing and reservation processes for both domestic and international flights

  • Coordinate with passengers and travel agents to manage booking inquiries, changes, and cancellations

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and ticketing information

  • Ensure all documentation complies with airline and airport regulations

  • Provide administrative support to airport operations including data entry, filing, and reporting

  • Handle incoming calls and emails related to reservations, schedules, and flight information

  • Communicate with airline representatives to confirm bookings, resolve discrepancies, and manage last-minute changes

  • Deliver high-quality service with professionalism and a customer-first attitude

  • Support airport check-in procedures when necessary during peak times

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Travel & Tourism or related field is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in ticketing, reservations, or administrative support in the aviation/travel sector

  • Prior experience working in an airport or with an airline is highly desirable

  • Freshers with relevant training or internships may also be considered

Working Hours

  • Flexible working shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Rotational shifts: Morning, Afternoon, and Night

  • Average of 40 hours per week with possible overtime during peak travel seasons

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of airline booking systems and airport administrative protocols

  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure

  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
