Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking enthusiastic and committed Aircraft Maintenance Trainees to join our dynamic aviation engineering team. This entry-level position is designed for diploma holders who are eager to start a career in aircraft maintenance and develop hands-on technical expertise in a highly specialized and safety-critical industry. As a trainee, you will work under the supervision of experienced engineers and technicians, assisting with routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of aircraft systems and components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist certified aircraft maintenance engineers in performing routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

  • Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on aircraft.

  • Help document all maintenance activities in accordance with aviation regulations and company protocols.

  • Learn to use various tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical manuals.

  • Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines at all times.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.

  • Participate in continuous technical training and development programs.

  • Follow instructions from senior technicians and supervisors to support the teams objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
