Job description

  • Issue DO & Invoice to customer when receive order, process order, ensure proper delivering goods to customer
  • Receiving and physical checking of goods delivered
  • Handle stock checking on a regular basis to ensure stock accuracy
  • Handle arranging of logistics delivery
  • Assist with admin office on day to day documentation and fillings, ensure proper filing of all documents
  • Check & update daily production record and stock balance and monthly production report.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.

Requirement

  • age 19 to 25 year old.
  • At least SPM, internship are encouraged to apply.
  • no work experience also accepted.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and computer literate. (including MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
  • Knowledge in AUTO COUNT software is an advantage.
  • Candidate should possess the following traits such as mature mindset, has initiative, self motivated, responsible, works with integrity and discipline and possess positive attitude.
  • Candidate is preferred to work independently. Possess good customer service and inter-personal relationship skill
