Account Based Marketing Manager, Enterprise Healthcare

About Avo

Avo is the leading AI platform for healthcare enterprises, helping clinicians make better decisions, move faster, and improve the quality of patient care. Serving as a central hub for care teams, Avo brings together patient data, clinical knowledge, and AI-powered workflows to support diagnosis, care planning, documentation, orders, and evidence-based decision-making at the point of care. Clinicians today navigate dozens of tabs, applications, datasets, hospital protocols, medical guidelines, and payer policies to deliver high-quality care. Avo changes that.

We are product-obsessed, collaborative, and scrappy, united by a mission to improve healthcare delivery through AI. Our investors include Noro-Moseley Partners, AlleyCorp, Scrub Capital, and several leading hospitals and universities.

The Role

We’re seeking an ABM Manager, who will own the marketing strategy for Avo’s highest priority enterprise accounts. Avo sells to some of the largest health systems in the country, where enterprise deals require alignment across leaders. Winning these accounts takes more than demand generation - it requires focused account based marketing strategy.

As our ABM Manager, you’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to develop account plans and execute targeted, multi-channel campaigns that engage complex buying committees, generate pipeline, and accelerate deals.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and sits at the center of how marketing and sales work together to win enterprise.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain the marketing strategy for a portfolio of named enterprise health system accounts, developing account plans grounded in buying committees, organizational priorities, and market intelligence
  • Partner closely with EAEs and leadership to prioritize target accounts, align on strategy, and execute coordinated account plans
  • Design and execute personalized, multi-channel, ABM campaigns across e-mail, LinkedIn, paid media, direct mail, events, and digital experiences
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop account and persona specific messaging and assets that resonate with clinical, IT, and executive stakeholders
  • Own ABM performance by tracking account engagement, pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and win rates, utilizing intent data and insights to inform marketing strategy and sales outreach
  • Manage the ABM tech stack (e.g. Demandbase, HubSpot, Salesforce) to orchestrate campaigns, identify buying signals, and measure impact
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing programs, including executive events and key healthcare conferences

What You Bring

Required

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years running account-based marketing or enterprise demand generation for a considered, high-ACV sale.
  • Track record of building pipelines in named enterprise accounts and a clear story of how your marketing tied to closed revenue.
  • Fluency with ABM platforms and marketing/CRM systems (HubSpot), plus comfort working from intent and engagement data.
  • Strong partnership instincts with sales -- you build account plans alongside AEs and hold yourself to a shared pipeline number, not a lead count.
  • Sharp writing and messaging judgment: you can turn a clinical or technical value prop into something an executive buyer wants to read.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building a motion from the ground up.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup where you owned a function end to end.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing into hospitals or health systems, and familiarity with how clinical, IT, security, and procurement buy together.
  • Understanding of the healthcare IT landscape -- EHRs, clinical workflows, and the priorities that drive CMIOs and clinical informatics leaders.
