Oversee all aspects of production and supply chain management for third-party logistics partners. Develop and implement production strategies to meet company goals and objectives. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient production processes. Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics partners, ensuring high levels of service and quality. Manage and negotiate contracts with third-party logistics partners. Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and prevent overstock. Conduct regular performance evaluations of third-party logistics partners and provide feedback for improvement. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in production processes. Train and develop production team members to maintain a high-performing and motivated workforce. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in production and logistics. Prepare and present reports on production performance and key metrics to senior management.
