Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing to ensure all listings meet Amazon’s compliance requirements. Support day-to-day brand operations including listing audits, logistics coordination, and customer experience — with special attention to supplement-specific regulations.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues — ideally within the supplement, wellness, or health category. Demonstrated success resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon’s internal processes. Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon’s restricted products policy. Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
